1. Delivery and receipt
Shopbière.com accepts the order and launches the delivery operations, upon receipt of the order, payment and agreement from our verification service. The goods ordered are delivered to the home of the buyer or to any address he indicates at the time of his order. The information stated by the buyer, at the time of taking the order, commits him: in case of error in the wording of the address of the recipient or incomplete information, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which it could be to deliver the product. In the event of the return of the goods for an overdue period, the buyer will be offered two alternatives: - the re-dispatch of the goods after payment of the participation in the return costs - the refund of the order. If reservations have been placed on the delivery slip and only in this case, you will simply contact our customer service email@example.com by email, and send him a photo of the product that was damaged during transport. Upon receipt of the photo, a refund or replacement of the product will then be offered to the customer.
If no finding has been made when the package is handed over, we will unfortunately not be able to respond favourably to your complaint.
2. Delivery times
Shopbière.com undertakes to do everything possible to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible, as indicated on the site and on each product sheet. The deadlines vary according to the availability of the product, the type of transport chosen, and the country of destination of the goods. However, they may not exceed 30 days if the items are available for delivery in metropolitan France. Delivery shall be effected within the time prescribed by the direct delivery of the product to the announced consignee, in the event of absence, by notice of making available. If delivery could not be ensured within this period, except in cases of force majeure, the consumer would be informed as soon as possible and could cancel his order and obtain the complete resolution of the sale. He could then request the exchange of the product (s) or the full refund of his order. Delivery times start from the validation of the order, i.e. the receipt of the payment, the bank authorization (online bank card) and the agreement given by the verification service. Goods always travel at the risk of the consignee. It is therefore up to the buyer to verify the contents of the parcel at the time of delivery and to make reservations if necessary, as follows: on the delivery slip provided by the carrier or by immediately calling the customer service of the carrier, in the presence of the deliverer.
